Default Employment Bakcground check (Leaving out short term job)

I got a job offer from a CPA firm in Alexandria Virginia. I accepted the job offer and now the company wants to do the background check.
In my resume I left out 2 jobs one was for 3 weeks and the other one was for 4 weeks. I left the jobs out of my resume because both were unrelated to my career and short terms in time.
My question is that should I include these jobs on my background check form which will be sent to me via e-mail to fill out.. I didn't tell my future employer about these jobs during the interview process.
I am a little worried that If I don't mentions these jobs in the the background check will the company find out about these jobs while doing my background check or not?
The job offer I got is an entry level job as an Audit Associate.

What would you do if you were in my position?

I would put the jobs on the form and simply notate the entries with "[very brief; not relevant to current employment]" and leave it at that.

While there will be no harm putting them on the list, they are only looking to confirm you actually worked at the places you listed during the times you listed. There is really no central database of employement records that will necessarily turn up the other jobs. You aren't getting processed for a Security Clearance, it's only a background check.

I wouldn't put those positions on a resume, or mention them, they make you appear to be a job hopper. Just my two cents, of course. I don't believe a "normal" background check would un-earth them anyway, so your secret should be safe.

Don't list them. They will only raise questions, and besides, they were unrelated to the job in question, so of course they wouldn't be on your resume. The background check is just to make sure you have no outstanding warrants, bankruptcy, etc. They're not going to dig up a job you held for two weeks.

You don't have to list every job on a resume -- typically, it's the most recent and PERTINENT jobs related to the one you're applying for.

However, you're only getting a background check not security clearance, right? Is it possible that position could one-day require a security clearance? If so, I would those little jobs only because oftentimes they need to know your whereabouts (where you lived) and job history and look for a continuum. IOW, if you have "gaps" in employment and living situations/your address, you may be asked.

And remember, it isn't only what YOU list as addresses and references. Anyone who's had a background check for a security clearance has probably experienced how neighbors, friends, former bosses, and co-workers are questioned, even if the applicant did NOT list them.

The job does require a security clearance as well. I will be filling out paperwork for security clearance and my background check will be going on at the same time.
