Hi,

Can anyone recommend a pet friendly apartment in Reston? Van Metre Woodland Park apartments looks great on paper but the reviews aren't that great. With that said, I am never sure about the reviews so, if anyone has first hand experience about the Van Metre apartments, I would appreciate the feedback.

Thanks!

Bozzuto Monroe Place on Sunrise Valley I believe is pet friendly too, and good quality!

I'll second Bozzuto properties. I lived in North Reston (North Point Village area) for three years with a dog. There is St Johns Wood and Harbor Park. I'd live there again.

All I can say is don't move in to a Van Metre property. Reviews are reviews, and all places have problems, but I can say first hand that I was mislead by a bunch of fake good review for the company and decided to sign on. However, I had a nightmare experience at Woodland Park. Pet friendly is about the only good thing I can say for it. The common issues discussed in the poor ratings are true.
