I had a bad experience. This is the first ticket in my life. The office was very nice in the court and he is in fover of me. But the judge is bad. I am very surprised and very dispointed that I will still have 4 points wihe a good record and good excuses for the viloation.
So, let me see if I understand...

You got a ticket for some kind of traffic violation. Your defense is that you have a good record, and believe that should prevent you from getting points... so the next time you're pulled over you can claim, "Hey, I have a good record"?

Whatever your "good excuse" is, the judge has heard it a thousand times before.

Thats funny...i was going with the flow on HOV this morning - not passing anyone - and hovered around 85 until I got to the Pentagon. If im in the main lanes, I usually set the cruise between 70 and 75, has been known to be closer to 80 if thats the flow. I normally avoid the right lanes, too many people try to merge under the speed limit, even if thats what traffic is moving at. God forbid you go faster than 45 when traffic is moving at 60+.
