Rentals in Stafford (townhouse, military, moving to)

My husband and I are moving to Stafford in September. I am really looking for a house, but if need be, a townhouse with a grass yard. I don't really know a good source for rental houses. I've tried realtors.com, homes.com, craigslist, and those types of websites.

Does anyone have suggestions for us?

I really like Stafford and we found our rental house through Craigslist. You could also try the website 'Military By Owner' as they tend to have nice rentals. You could also look up realty companies that do local rentals for further help.
