Hi, we are looking at moving to the quantioc area, but we have several dogs and would much prefer to rent rather than own as we will only be there about four years. We are looking for an area that has a large yard. We also have children so we need a 3br minimum in a nice area with good schools and can afford about 1500/mnth. Possibly a little more depending on how much utilities are a month. I'd also like to live within 20 minutes of shopping, fitness centers, kid activities, etc... But I'd be willing to commute further for a pet friendly area.
Any advice is greatly appreciated. It's also an issue moving because we have so many pets, and I'm not willing to part with them. We own a house not and are not wanting to purchase another one if we don't have to (after we sell this one
as it seems like there are tons of homes up there for sale that it could be very difficult to sell the house again when we move. And honeslty, we are losing money buying and selling in such a short time period.
