I know 66 Eastbound is, but I'm trying to calculate my route into work for the next few weeks. If I pick up the bridge going south on GW Parkway (from McLean), is the bridge still considered 66 and HOV at that point in the morning? Or does the HOV restriction stop before you get to the bridge? Otherwise, I'll have to cut across the key bridge to georgetown and go through the northern part of the city to get to my destination on constitution.

This would be around 7-7:15 AM.

Thanks!

as far as I know the HOV ends just before you get to the bridge

Correct. No HOV restrictions on the TR Bridge. The bridge itself is in the District, so not under VDOT control. The number of lanes on the bridge changes of course, as the big tractor thing moves the jersey barriers back and forth to create an extra lane inbound in the morning and then outbound in the afternoon. But anybody can use any of them at any hour.
