I’ve been an att wireless customer for 6 years.

Latterly I’ve been getting increasing amounts of dropped calls. So I’ve been thinking dropping at&t’s service. I’d like to stay with GSM technology since I travel overseas. So the only option I have seems to be switching to T-mobile.

Just wondering whether T-mobile has good coverage in where I live (lake ridge area).

I live in Lake Ridge and have bad reception, but it depends how close you are to the towers. I have to stand against a window in order to avoid being disconnected, but the T-Mobile map calls it a "Good" area. Here is a map where you can enter your address and see what it says. In my opinion, unless you are in a "very strong" area you are going to have problems using your phone indoors.
