I am particularly looking for a place that may have black and white cityscape canvas art such as that seen below. I know that I can order it online, but I prefer to shop in person. Appreciate any suggestions

I'd try Homegoods - there's one in Fair Lakes next to Michael's. No guarantees; their inventory is constantly changing. But they have a lot of variety at extremely good prices.

Since you are in Ashburn, I would recommend trying Hobby Lobby in Winchester. IMO, way better in every aspect than HomeGoods.

Bed Bath & Beyond and Homegoods, definitely. To a lesser degree, TJ Maxx and Marshalls.

I have no idea about Hobby Lobby. Never been in one, since I found out they're basically the Chick-fil-a of the craft store world.

Z-furniture actually has a lot in Tysons, and surprisingly not expensive for the size of them compared to online prices. Their furniture isn't my style, but their wall art is diverse and pretty neat. They have cityscapes in oils and wood carvings also
