Both my self and my daughter will have work-at-home phone jobs that require high speed Internet access. The service must be very reliable if we want to keep our jobs. I would like to know your recommendations for thefastest and most reliable ISP in Winchester.

Do your employers specify cable vs. DSL? This will also depend greatly on where you end up living in the area. If you need DSL and have the option to live in Shenandoah County, I can confirm that ShenTel is extremely reliable. We had 10MG service way out in the country while there. Verizon is the main provider for Winchester and directly surrounding areas, but don't have personal experience with them. I'm not having a good experience with CenturyLink (Warren County) at the moment.

Fios is way beyond anything else--if it's available there.

Just thought I would regurgitate this thread as I am moving to Winchester too and connection is important to us. We will be about 17 miles from the centre of downtown.
