500k provisional ballots in Ohio. We wont know the winner (unless obama sweeps Virginia and Florida) until atleast next week thanks to Ohio's GOP secretary of state.

I personally plan at least one or two "Nyah nyah na boo boo!" posts here and there - is that graceful?

I'm pretty sure we'll know the winner pretty early on but it won't really matter as long as it's all sorted out by noon Jan. 20.

So if someone drove by and yelled the same thing but with Romney's name in there would you change your mind and vote for Romney? Of course you wouldn't.

Yes, nice hypothetical but its not the case and for a good reason.

Its gonna depend on turnout. The polls are so dependent on turnout models that it's impossible to tell which is accurate. One thing that is clear is that the average of all of them keep showing Obama with the advantage, so Romney would need basically everything he wants to happen in turnout to happen to win these swing states it seems (atleast in Penn and Ohio)

It all depends on how the western part of the state votes.

...

Actually I visited montgomery county (Virginia Tech) and did a lot of touring around the rural regions outside of Christiansburg and saw only a marginally more significant presence of Romney support than Obama support. Same in Roanoke (which likely the city will go Dem again this year). Now when you are talking about Harrisonburg or Staunton areas then yes those are likely rabid republican areas.
