Can someone help me with directions from the GW Parkway South to the Iwo Jima memorial (and hints as to where to park)? Thank you!

This is at Arlington right?

south by National airport? Take the GW parkway to Memorial Drive. EDIT...I believe you can hop off near the traffic circle on Memorial drive.... but it's been awhile. (sorry)

You can always take the metro to the arlington national cemetery there is a stop.

Parking...there is a parking lot in the cemetary it's like $2.00 per hour off of Memorial Drive. Where the visitors center is.

edited for claification!

Get off at the exit for 50 TR bridge, but follow 50W instead. Get off at the first exit which is Ft Myer Dr, take a left go to the end of the road, you'll see the entrance to Ft Myer, go left again, then make another left into the memorial area. You can park for free there for a couple hours. If you metro, I think the Rosslyn metro would be much closer. Just walk down Ft Myer Dr to the memorial.
