Hello,

We are looking for new single family home options in Ashburn and Brambleton areas. We have seen NV Homes Stonegate, Toll Brothers The Glen at Loudoun Valley, and Craftmark and Van Metre models at Belmont Glen Village. We really liked the homes NV and Toll Brothers have to offer - weren't too impressed by Craftmark and Van Metre.

Toll has a wait list currently and NV Homes lots are limited. We may just be late to the game, but does anyone have any other suggestions? We have a dog so having a decent sized backyard would be preferable - but don't want to move further west then Ashburn or south then Brambleton. Even possible

Thanks!
CH

Is there a reason why you haven't looked at the new homes in Brambleton itself?

I'd check out Willowsford off Evergreen Mill - really nice, KHovanian homes. If you like Toll Brothers and would consider another 10 min away, Lenah Mill is supposed to be a beautiful community and is about to start selling homes. You can drive back there now.

And truly it is only going to be about 5-10 min from Brambleton in the near future when they extend Northstar Blvd down to Rt 50.

Looks as though the Reserve at Waxpool is not available anymore. I see they have another community - Ashburn Place. Do you have any experience with MI Homes or Ashburn Place?

Hi,

The Reserve at Waxpool is now sold out, from what I understand. They just recently sold their last 1/2 acre lot. I currently live in Ashburn Place; a development from M/I Homes. There are 4 different models at this community: Addison II, Addison, Britton and Fernwood (we've got an Addison II). Currently, there are only 5 lots available (lots 4, 12, 17, 26 & 27). Lots 4, 12 and 17 can only hold the Britton model and lots 26 and 27 will hold a Fernwood. My experience with M/I homes throughout the building process has been exceptional! From sales consultant, to construction supervisor, to loan officer have been just great! Never was I in the dark about anything. They're flexible and they will work with you (as they did with me)! I'd definitely inquire with them at the least.

There's new construction at Trent Grove by Pulte Homes in Brambleton....they have nice sized yards and their homes have the feel of a single family at a townhouse price. Pretty good location too.

Miller and smith have really nice new SFHs in brambleton. The smallest one starts at 545k last time I checked. Right off Ryan rd I believe near the Winchester new townhomes. Also lots of SFH options in one loudoun from NV, camberley and miller and smith but these are pricier than brambleton

I know where you are talking about, that is a very nice neighborhood. However, I don't believe any homes are left.

MI is building in downtown Ashburn, I like their designs and product quality.
