Any ideas how much it'd cost to have 500-1000sq ft store in Tysons corner mall?

yep it's all about locations. it doesnt seem that Tysons provides those nice benefits same as the places you were referring to though. And of course they will take the sales percentages

That is it exactly. Retail can go for much more than office space. My Chiropractor left the same strip mall I was referring to and bought his own place, and leases out the other side. Of course it is standard office building, no traffic unless you are heading for the dr. Retail is all about location. Of course that same piece of property turned into an art framing place, which failed within 6 months and is now a dentist.

I know there's a kiosks in Pentagon mall cost like $3000 from Jan to Oct. And $7500 from Nov to Dec, after the negotiation steps.
