the fields will be the cheapest but is the least desireable

The Fields is income restricted. And I'm guessing you've already decided Leesburg works for your job commute?

We are moving out of Windsor at Fieldstone this summer after 1 year of living here. Avoid it if you can!!! The "renovated" apartments are kind of a joke because while we have new cabinets, appliances...the building is still very old, our windows don't stay up, are leaking and have mold in the window-sills. They make it look nice and "new" because of the kitchens but the rest of the apartment is not new - and we've had one maintenance issue after another here. Not to mention our neighbors are completely inconsiderate. I can't WAIT to get out of here.

Yeah, Bellemeade would be the best of the bunch. A place I've heard good things about in a similar price range to the ones you listed is Tuscarora Creek Apartments.

Fieldstone was bad, it was like living a paper box with tons of ants! Once 2000 hit the neighborhood became crawling with troubled teens.
