Good for him for not getting caught up in that lifestyle and realizing that he doesn't have to buy something over the top.

9000 SF isn't over the top? Different perceptions, I imagine.

I mean of course, but if you compare that to some of the stuff some of these other athletes get, his house really isn't anything on that level. You're talking about someone that got paid $13.8 million as a signing bonus, is getting $21 million in his contract, and on top of that has probably millions in endorsements. Compared to us it doesn't seem modest, but compared to other athletes, that is not really as elaborate a house as I have seen.

Talk about a misappropriation of resources. It's disgusting that there's about 40 people on the redskin's roster who could barely pass 9th grade English who own homes worth 2 Million+

We really have our priorities all screwed up in this country...

I don't think RGIII is one of them.

Here's Glen Beck's perspective by the way:

Glenn Beck not impressed by RGIII’s house

Apparently he isn't "impressed"

Is there a reason that he needs to be impressed by anything? Really?

of course, why would you be impressed with a house in Creighton Farms when you own a 4.2M house in New Canaan, CT?
