Hi, I am considering buying a condo at a new development called The Isabella at Monticello Mews in Alexandria. Does anyone have any recommendations about these condos, the association, the community, neighborhood, etc.? Does anyone on this forum live here? Any information would be great. Thanks!

No real information for you--sorry--but god, what an awful name. I think 15th-Century Spanish queen + Thomas Jefferson + cats.

But maybe it's nice.

I saw these advertised a year ago when I was in the market. I was unimpressed basically everything about them: location, floorplans and price. The prices were too high for what you were getting. Of course, at this point, they weren't even completed yet.. They appear to be built as if a local airport hotel was the theme, or a early 2000s dorm. For their largest unit (2bed 1500 sq feet), they're charging 510K. For that amount, you can buy a pretty decent condo in the Old Town area that is much closer to everything, but you might sacrifice a couple hundred square feet.
