Posting this here since this is a local mall. I stop and buy some Olive Oils from the specialty store here once in awhile. It's on the lower level next to LL Bean. I usually buy the spicy oil and this time they had a new one. Cayenne Pepper. I tasted it there and it lit me up. I often grill Chicken and cannot taste anything spicy on it once cooked. Well I just finished some grilled and marinated Chicken Breasts and man did the bite I just took lit me up. Not burning where it hurts but a very nice kick. If you like things like this I say go for it.

Sounds good - I usually get flavored oils and vinegars from a place in Fredericksburg or Frederick.

Thanks for the tip! My SIL is a huge foodie out in Napa, which is ripe with olive oils etc, but she is a hot sauce freak! She has complained about seasoned oils in the past, says most just smell good. I'll give this a shot.

The olive oil and vinegar store in the new Merrifield complex is the one place where we always end up buying something.
