I stayed saturday night at a friends house in Virginia and when I woke up I had tons of bites around my body. I have bites now on my face neck legs and arms. They look like mosquitos bites but whats weird to me is that I have bites on my face and normally mosquitos usually don't bite my face. I went with an Uncle and we were in the same room and he did not get bit. Could I have been bit by something else

Are any of the bites in rows of three? Or maybe small clusters together? Bed bugs are a likely culprit. If that's the case, you want to make sure you didn't bring any home with you. Wash all your clothes and bedding ASAP and put them in a hot dryer, vacuum like crazy and throw out the bag.

The bites in the face are close together the bites in the legs and arms are kind of far apart

Fleas or bed bugs, most likely. Could also be an allergic reaction to dust mites or detergent. I hate sleeping in unfamiliar bedding because I have sensitive skin and sometimes get rashes from certain detergents.

The bed does not have to look old to have bed bugs. I'd say that's a strong possibility. You can look between the mattress and the boxspring to see if you see any small bugs (especially in the corners). And look on the the sheets, if you see any small brown spots. If so, likely bed bugs. Make sure you don't bring them into your house if that's the case.
