This seems to be happening more and more lately, and usually I don't care....but this time after 50 minutes invested into a show that I didn't know the ending to (because so many on this network have been seen before), the picture freezes. Changing channel didn't help. Turning on and off, nada. Turning to different channel (after turning off), still didn't help. Once (in the past) I even got a message I wasn't subscribing to USA (it's a staple for all plans). I've had to reboot (also in the past), as per screen messages. But this evening, I wasn't multi-tasking, so my interruption was a slap in the face (and noticeable). Grrrrrr. (It was Law and Order and they don't always win....trying to find this episode out of how many seasons?) Ok....it's silly to be peeved over this, but is anyone else finding the same issue w/ either company (or both?)

It's Verizon. I had the same problem today while watching HGTV.

I don't watch much TV, mostly HBO and Showtime with a little network thrown it. For problems like this, though, consider the issue to be with the Verizon unit that you have. Those things are just computers and when you start having issues and your neighbors don't, it's the unit.

My mother has two units. The other day she was watching something and she got a message that she was no longer subsribed to whatever. She went upstairs, where she has a separate unit on that TV and there was no problem.

If it happens repeatedly, just take it to the Verizon store and exchange it.
