Looking at the 10 day on TWC it has a high of 45 for April 4. I hope that rebounds a bit.

Accuweather shows high of 61 on the 4th and 72 on the 5th. The next week looks fantastic according to them.

So first we get this bizarre snow in the afternoon that wasn't predicted even this morning. Then they said it would get heavy and result in 1-3 inches of accumulation. Now weather.com says it'll be in the mid 40s and raining at 9 p.m. tonight? I suppose that's good since it'll melt off all the snow, but this is what I call WEIRD.

If mother nature is playing an April Fool's joke, she's two days early.

I noticed that. TWC and NOAA are looking totally different at the end of next week. I'll blame TWC and say it's screwy.

Question Snow, Sleet, and Rain--Crazy or what??

It is snowing and raining here this afternoon at our farm. DH flew out of town to San Diego, CA for a business trip a 4 a.m. this morning. Guess he missed the snow--. Seriously, our kids played outside in it earlier before it started raining for a little bit after church today.

We measured our yard to be about 3 inches 4 hours ago. Thankfully it will warm up tomorrow and the rest of the week!

The rain and snow will be good for our veggie gardens this year hopefully. Have a good day!

Kids, grandparents (my parents), and I will be eating some warm hot homemade beef chili (beef from our grassfed cattle) and having homemade crackling Mexican cornbread. For dessert, homemade butter pecan ice cream with lemon pound cake. Of course, sweet tea and coffee for adults and hot cocoa for kids!
