Tyler Park is charming, convenient and safe. We've been in Tyler Park for 3+ years and we literally watched the the neighborhood change from our front porch. On our street, we noticed that a lot of previously unkept homes were upgraded and sold to younger couples in the past few years. The neighborhood is definitely changing for the better.
As far as school is concerned, I believe that the elementary school for Tyler Park is Pine Spring, not Graham Road.

It's both. Tyler Park (the park) is in the Graham Road district as are homes on Tyler Avenue. The area further north and to the west is Pine Spring.
