The median price for Manassas City and Manassas Park appear to be falling fast. It might break below 200K next year. The number of sales is very small and could distort the figures, but there seem to be very little supply above 400K in that market. The low median figure seems to be an accurate representation since the overhanging supply in that market seems to be getting marked down as well.
