Mine went up 7% ($30k) since last year (Springfield, 22152). Seems kind of a big jump.

In case anyone is wondering, the website is www.fairfaxcounty.gov/news/2014/2014-real-estate-assessments-online-mailed.htm

Almost 17% increase here - about $75k. I'm in 22153. That said, I think a large portion of my increase is attributable to the fact that I bought it in February of last year and that my property record now also reflects a complete renovation in 2012 just before we bought it. My neighbors did not see nearly as big of percentage increases, but still significant increases.

Mine went up 30k(7%) in Vienna, zip 22182. Looking at the assessment history this is by far the most it's ever been assessed. My assessment last year was basically even with it's previous high in 2008.

Up by about 27k or 6% in Alexandria, 22306. Highest level since 2009. Not looking forward to the tax bill.

Also around $40k up. Really, it is finally catching up to "reality" after lucking out for a number of years with lower assessments than relevant sales prices.

Ours is now $20k higher than at any point in the bubble years.

Up by 28k or about 6% in Reston. Can't wait to tell my neighbor, who obsesses about property values, that in both percentage and actual dollars, my assessment went up more than his for pretty similar houses. He's slipping!

I'm in Springfield zip 22152. After staying exactly the same through '11, '12 and '13, ours went up $17k this year. An increase of about 4%.
