Not really. There have been a few of that type, and I am not too vain to consider that some that I've seen might have considered me a bore, or considered me to look like the hunchback of Notre Dame, but after enough examples, and with the previous experience that I've had, the conclusion that became pretty obvious was that they weren't really interested in a relationship, period, with me or anyone else.

That's a real cute thing to say, but DC has the third lowest birthrate of any US state or territory, so they don't seem to be into anybody else either.

DC is a city. Compare it with other cities, not other states. Of course, DC statistics have nothing to do with NoVA anyway.

Birth rate is not the same as relationship interest. It's not surprising that a highly educated, expensive region has less kids than the national average. I know tons of people who came here for work and then went home to have their families so they could afford the lifestyle they wanted to give their kids.

Not sure how "birthrate statistics" have anything to do with women wanting to be in a relationship. I've been together with my husband for almost sixteen years......and not a single birth to add to the statistics....

You're generalizing an entire gender in an entire region based on 15 "examples"....15. That's nothing.

How are you meeting these women? Maybe you need to explore different avenues of meeting different types of women.

I've been in NOVA since 73. Met my wife in 77. Married in 83 and have been with her ever since. I had no problem meeting and marrying a NOVA woman. You may be looking a little too hard or maybe your expectations are too high. People meet and marry in NOVA all the time.
