Default Good flat/apartments for rent in Ashburn

Hello,

I will be relocating to Virginia in first week of Jan 08. Please suggest me some names of good apartments/communities for rent in Ashburn. My requirement is a 2BHK with basic amenities. My budget is about $1200 per month.

Thanks in advance

Two bedrooms in Ashburn for $1200/month are hard to come by. I believe Saddle Ridge is the cheapest apartment complex in Ashburn, located in Ashburn Village and according to the Washington Post, two bedrooms go for $1180-1250/month. I don't have any firsthand knowledge of the apartments. I know where they are and have seen them from the exterior and they look perfectly fine, and I'd imagine all apartment complexes in Ashburn are fairly nice and new and have basic amenities.

There is another complex, The Fields of Ashburn which is designed to be more affordable and only available if your income falls felow a certain level, however their apartments are around $900 for a two bedroom if you happen to fall into the income bracket.

Try Archstone's Stoneridge. We have a two bedroom, with little office nook, and a garage for $1400. If you don't need the garage, then it will be much cheaper. They also have one bedrooms with a loft and/or den which may be big enough to use as your second bedroom.
We will be moving out shortly and I have found it a very nice place to stay.
