I'm wondering whether there're any new communities under construction or soon to start construction with 1/2 acre lots in Ashburn. I looked at The Grant at Willows Ford but I don't like the house styles being built there. The Grange has smaller lots. NV is building the Meadows nearby. But I've heard these communities are not truly in Ashburn. They have the 20148 zip only. I prefer being closer to the greenway and the future Metro. Thank you.

Reservoir Ridge (Stanley Martin) has 1/2 acre lots. I just drove by there, and I think the sign said there are two homes left. It's between Broadlands and Brambleton, across from Village of Waxpool, just south of Mt. Hope Baptist Church.

Also, I don't know the sizes for certain, but Loudoun Valley (Toll Brothers) seems to have pretty big lots.
