Reston schools are one of the worst in Fairfax County. I would live further in the Beltway or just outside instead. I know a lot of families that live in Burke or the Springfield area because the metrobus system takes them either to Vienna Station or Franconia Springfield Station. There are also a lot of 'slug' lines that the federal employees know about, which my dad used to take.
