Housing in Dale City has gone through so much down turn. Look into Lake Ridge area. The flipside to this is to buy Dale City as north as you can, closer to Ft Belvoir. there will be a HUGE boom coming when they build up the base in the next few years. It is one of the highest anticipated growths in the region. More land (than more house) would then prevail (from an investment standpoint).
