Anyone know of any small wedding venues in the Northern Virginia? We're looking for only around 25-30 people, and a place that we could get catering to come in afterwards. Thanks in advance!

you will need to provide a lot more information. Style? Traditional? Historical? Outdoor?

What is your budget? Is the location for the ceremony and reception?

Check out some of the vineyards in Loudoun County. We were recently at Cana Vineyards and it is beautiful.

There are so many! But like the PP said, more info would be very helpful.

In the meantime, maybe these two posts from the local blog United with Love will be helpful:

Depends on your style, what you want at your wedding, where you want to be (Alexandria versus Purcelville, both NOVA but quite far apart), etc.

We live in NOVA but had our small wedding at VisArts in Rockville, a small art gallery. We didn't need to decorate really since it's an art gallery, and we didn't want dancing, so we did a brunch, and it was great. Brunch food is so much more amazing than typical wedding dinner food

Meadowlark Gardens in Vienna is a fine place for a small wedding. It's run by the Northern Virginia Regional Park Authority. Meanwhile, the Fairfax County Park Authority has eight historic homes and properties that are available and suitable for small weddings also, seven of them for receptions as well. Hunter House is the only one I have been to for a wedding, and it was quite nice. Affordable too, at least according to those who paid for it.

going on what was said here, my sister had her wedding several years ago at the Stone Mansion, part of the FCPA. It was indoors due to the weather that day but was a nice venue, although maybe a little on the small side
