They are regular realtors. Funny thing is that it isn't too hard to find posts from people dissatisfied with their full service realtor as well. Sorry it didn't work out for you, but I'm willing to put in some legwork to save $8K.

If you prefer to be driving around in a new 5 series while being shown homes the realtor thinks you might like, there are plenty of traditional realtors offering a 1% rebate as well.

Well-if you lose several houses because your I-agent realtor isn't available or doesn't have the time for you, then you aren't "saving" anything, are you?
