I moved to Northern VA 1 year and 3 months ago, to an apartment with electricity provided by Dominion Power. When I first moved in, I had to send Dominion a security deposit of ~$150, and they promised that they would return the deposit in one year. I've always made my monthly bill payments in full and on time. It's been well over one year, and I still haven't gotten my $150 back. I tried calling them but their phone menu doesn't seem to give me an option to speak to a live person. Have any of you experienced anything like this?

No, got my deposit back, the phone definitely gives you the option to talk to somebody. Either pick billing or hit 0 a million times.

The deposit is supposed to be applied to your bill (as a credit) after one year. Are you sure you didn't already receive it?
