You could have gone to a fast food eatery place to pee. That's definitely not an acceptable excuse by a judge.
In VA, in most freeways, over 80 mph will land you in reckless driving ticket. But you were caught when speeding over 100mph. This is a serious thing.

As others said, get an attorney immediately before your court appearance. Most likely an attorney get a lesser offence, like 'improper driving', especially if its your first serious speeding ticket. Attorney might advise you to take an online driving education class to show that you were serious about learning your lesson and correcting your mistake though i think it's not admissible in the court in such a situation.

In this hour, your best buddy is a very good traffic attorney.

BTW, do you already have a green card or you have applied?

Of course. If I pull my thing out and start peeing in front of a bunch of kids would you not say this may be a justified case for a more harsh charge?

Please quit giving advice that is off base. If you attend a driving course in PWC without the judges approval they likely won't accept it. Avoiding jail time will be very tough in this case.

OP. I'd suggest you bring your toothbrush with you to court.

I have heard of judges given 1-2 days in jail for each mph over 90 or 100, so you are definitely looking at some jail time, although if you can afford a good enough lawyer you could get the time reduced or suspended on the condition you behave. Unfortunately, you are not Jason Werth so I imagine you'll end up doing a couple of days.

Needless to say, the Post Office has some pretty stupid zip codes.
Yes that is probably what the case is. He is making it sound like he was on 95 the whole time though, which is why I wasn't connecting the dots. If he took the route you suggested then he had multiple ways to get to a bathroom. There are many exits along that way. His story isn't really adding up, but maybe that's just me.

At least they have a can there.

This guy got jail time for a 93 in a 55. You really do want to get a lawyer, and you want one who knows what the relevant immigration consequences may be.

Loudoun used to sentence people to one day in jail for every mph over 90. Definitely get a lawyer.

Sorry but I don't buy your story about having to go to the bathroom and I'm sure the judge won't buy it also.
Do yourself a favor and hire an attorney there are plenty in PWC and hope for the best!

I'm going to make sure I keep an empty big Gatorade bottle in my car with an extra wide mouth just because of this thread. I'm scared about being in NoVA traffic and needing to "open the floodgate."
