No plow yet, but I really shouldn't be surprised.

All our neighborhood streets look like this, and the VDOT site shows that we've been plowed.

Enjoy tomorrow as that'll be about as good as it's going to get for the forseeable future - lots of Arctic fronts coming in (starting tomorrow night)

And more school closings for Wednesday. Pwc again cancelled already. I figured at least it would be teachers only but you don't see that called very often. It's all or nothing.

Certainly not the whopper they made it out to be, imo. . .but what else is new(s)?

With another front moving through, and a crappy looking weekend forecast, it could compound if temps stay as low as they say they will.

Main roads seem to be ok now, but a lot of the secondaries seem to be crappy.

Be safe out there!

Still no plows through our neighborhood and I wonder how many others haven't been plowed yet. We didn't go out anywhere today.

Could be worth a call to the VDOT 800 number. Just a thought.

We have called. Neighbors have called. We have all been told that our neighborhood has been plowed. Uh....no.
One person was told that VDOT has received numerous calls from this neighborhood. We followed up with an email and a photo attachment.

It's an ongoing joke on our streets. This seems to happen every time. I don't know what it is, but for some reason they miss us. I'm not talking about just one street either. It's odd really.

It's a double-edged sword, really. I live directly on a snow emergency route; so it gets plowed about every 30 seconds.

Sounds great, right?

Not always, as you may arrive home after a lot of snow and need a place to put your car as you shovel. Well, you can't put it on the street....
