Thank you Skapov and Novamom06, ever since we bought our home last year, we have been getting these letters from AHS asking us to sign up but I've been reluctant to as I've read horror stories on one of those consumer complaints site about their service.
But I do want to get a home warranty, as just last month we ended up spening $500 on a burnt fan motor for our heating

I guess these things happen with homeowners, so I should sign up. Getting positive feedback definitely helps one make up their minds, I think I'll go for it. Thanks you for your replies
