so many ppl. 83 on 65 is reckless? man, that's just a normal speeding ticket over here in Cali. Is NOVA a speedtrap or something?

Looks like a tax to me. That and some lawyer/prosecutor/judge... profit taking, since they somehow manage to get people off willing to pay up. At least that what it looks like. But maybe someone from the court could post the percentage of people that are able to get the charge reduced with a lawyer and without one. That would change my mind.
