Any suggestions on how to find a good neighborhood for a young family in Bristow? Looking for private renter, possibly rent to own?

Might be better if you find a rental and post it here. I know Bristow like the back of my hand but without knowing your budget and needs it's hard to comment. But overall Bristow is a very safe place.

Budget would be $2000 or less. My issue is I am looking for a private renter because rebuilding credit right now (it's poor due to a kinda crazy situation that happened last year, long story) BUT our income is $180 K so steady income is not an issue. I will need to find a private renter who is willing to work with me on the credit, listen to the background story, take references and good stable income, whatever else they will need. Definitely wanna be in a safe area though. Open to suggestions.

All of Bristow is safe. So you are really splitting hairs. I'm thinking for that budget you'd be looking at a townhouse.
