Default Sunnyside 22305 and Old Town

What are everyone's thoughts on zip code 22305, specifically townhomes in Sunnyside? The homes look nice, but the area doesn't seem to have a great reputation. Also - being so close to National, do you get alot of noise where they're located?

As far as Old Town - is the whole area pretty much great to live in or are there pockets that aren't so great? How about near the Braddock Rd Metro stop?

If I could sneak in one more Q - in Springfield, there is a great townhome off Old Keane Mill Rd (Westmore Rd) and I was wondering how bad Old Keane Mill Rd is for traffic (to the Springfield metro).

Thanks all for any advice or comments!!

I used to live in 22305 in Arlandria and it's ok, but nothing spectacular; though there are some real nice spots on the western part of the zip. There are some bad spots near Sunnyside, but overall it's largely a working class area without big problems, so keep that in mind if you are looking at expensive homes.

Old town is pretty nice but there are some areas to the NW of the center that are probably the worst spots in all of Alexandria. They happen to be pretty close to the Braddock Rd Metro spot on the east side of the tracks; west side is nice.
