Question Jobs in Winchester??

My husband and I are looking to move from Long Island to Virginia (preferably the Winchester area). Can someone please provide me with some information regarding the job market in Winchester? I am an accountant, and my husband is a teacher (Chemistry and Biology certified). Are teaching jobs plentiful in Winchester and in the surrounding areas? Any advice would be appreciated immensely!

From my observation, Winchester is essentially a bedroom community for those who work in the job centers in eastern Loudon County and Fairfax County. With all the migration of families priced out of said counties, I think it would probably be easier to find a teaching job than an accounting job per se. Your husband may be more likely to find an opportunity around the Dulles Corridor or Tysons Corner, roughly an hour away from Winchester.

Oops, I just re-read your post and realized that your husband is the teacher and you're the accountant. Needless to say, my opinion about teaching and accounting opportunities apply to your husband and yourself, respectively.
