Hello, anyone know of, or used dependable realtor lately? We are new to the DC area. We are looking to rent in the Fairfax county area for a year to get a feel for the area, them buy a home. It seems once a realtor finds that you are only looking to rent they drop you quickly and stop sending you info. Any insight to this issue is greatly appreciated
