Let me tell you this, do NOT get a lawyer for this. Spend money on the fine and other things but not on lawyers. Go to court and plead no-contest then ask the judge for a lenient. The judge will drop this charge down to speeding or improper driving.

DO THIS before your court date:

- Take the driver improvement class
- Do around 20-30 hours of community service

Seriously lousy advice. You have no idea what the judge will do. I have been to court at least a thousand times and I still will never try and say what a judge might do.

I would and have gotten a lawyer and always get my charge reduced with no points or dismissed. There's a lot
That goes into a judges decision, I wouldn't risk it, especially if it's a reckless driving charge.
