Hoping to get info from the NOVA Forum
Does anyone on this forum know anything about the Northern Neck, specifically a town called Tappahannock? I'm asking this forum, because I know a lot of Nova people go down there or own second homes down there. I haven't gotten any response from the general VA forum (it's not as active as this one).

Gosh, I've been there a bunch of times - I can't imagine Tappahannock being dangerous at all. At. All. Your friend should be fine.
