I'm in a pretty big hurry for a repair person, discovered water dripping in my basement and w/help of neighbor traced it to under the upstairs refrigerator. It appears the tube that runs to the drip pan came off and water is dripping under the fridge. I can't pull the fridge out (I'm afraid to tear up the floor). The pan can't be removed - there is a fixed metal plate in front of it.
