YoJoe is on a distinguished road
Default Dumfries, VA - Montclair Area

I'm looking to purchase a house or townhouse in the the Montclair/Montclair Lake area in Dumfries, VA. Just looking for your opinions on a few things:

1. Good Area?
2. How's the schools?
3. How's the traffic?
4. How's the crime?
5. How's the neighborhood?
6. Recommendation of a Realtor in the Dumfries area?

I live in Japan and can't drive the area, so hopefully you experts can provide some good info.

Thanks,

Joe

I'll PM you. In short, they are two very different areas although they are within a couple miles of each other. There is a good reason Montclair residents wanted and got their own zip code. Stick with Montclair.
