Folks,
I am looking at buying a condo in Lakewood Plaza on the south shore of Lake Barcroft (Powell Lane, specifically). How's the neighborhood in that area? I've heard some negative things about Baileys Crossroads and it seems pretty close to there. I'm a single white female
who is planning on relying on public transportation so I need to be safe (as can be reasonably expected) walking around out there.
Does anybody have any comments on the actual Lakewood Plaza complex? How about the public transportation in that area? I'll be working in Ballston.
