Doesn't happen that way in VA.

Anything beyond this on an internet forum is just a waste of time.
I recently heard another double ticket story; one ticket was for speeding and the second for texting and driving. The judge told the driver he couldn't take away the phone, so the only solution was to remove the license without any special exceptions (no "to and from" work). We need to support all measures against using handheld devices while driving - it's the new DUI.

Something here doesn't add up. There is most definitely more to the story. And if that is the case, our highways will be safer without this driver on the roads.

lol dude, no way.

I've gotten RD before, it's definitely something to take serious but as long as you get a good attorney, which will be costly but worth it in the long run, you'll be fine. I wouldn't plead guilty though.

Default Easy peasy

No sweat. You are in the country "undocumented" right? You walk. Serious. I was in court and saw it happen. The judge threw the book at a management trainee for 1/10th of violation.
