WOW! Really?/ It seemed like such a nice neighborhood too. maybe that's changed since so many people have moved out due to the foreclosures. Yes. I know about Brittany. Beautiful homes..and you're right. The was barely any shopping @ there back in 2000. Now there's a Target, Panera Bread, a bank a pharmacy....seems to be turning to be a very nice are now.

My husband and I just bought a SFH in Woodbridge neer NOVA Nvcc and we love it, the people tend to keep to themselves and I feel safer here then I did in Fairfax County (I used to live just off RT1 neer Hybla Vally. I have also hurd some news of a "clean up" in this part of town, and I admit it needs it.

I have lived in Brittany for three years and would highly recommend it. Lots of professionals, gov't and military families. Walking trails, friendly neighbors and safe enough I jog at 10 and 11 pm at night. Call our neighborhood real estate specialist, Kristin Burns from Century 21. She can advise you about rental houses.
