This has been going on for as long as I can remember. It's why you have a few people around at open houses, not just one person at a card table.

When you take the time to actually sit down and figure out "open house" exactly. Let's see...we are going to leave our house wide open with one person sitting inside, put a sign on all the corners in town and of course, on our house, which tells everyone that the house is Open and Come on In.....bring all your derelict friends and family......there must be a better way .
