Jobs not tied to the government is always a good thing but it's going to be very interesting to see the real estate market in NoVa 10 years from now especially if this area becomes more tech-focused as it appears to be.

According to Raleigh media, Apple indicated they would announce by the end of the year. So, we should know within six weeks.
