In another lifetime I would deliver a daily paper every evening PLUS the Sunday edition.
A four week period was $3.40 and almost no one ever tipped.

Even for the holidays ...
maybe 10% of customers would let me keep the $1.60 change off a $5 bill.

Sad to hear that there are so many cheap people (and so glad I don't have to do this for a living) - I'm tipping (they pay for their own gas, the bags, etc.).

Nope. I was a business owner. The boss shouldn't be expecting tips.
