Default Builders offering guaranteed buy programs?
Does anyone know of any builders in northern Virginia offering "guaranteed buy" (e.g. "you buy our house and we'll buy yours") programs? They don't seem to be as common as they were a year or two ago, but if you are aware of any builders who are still doing this, I would love to know about it. Thanks!

My coworker mentioned Brookfield homes was doing this at one point. I am not sure if the program is still on going.

Brookfield and Centex......but be careful, there are always catches.
